Animal Architects

There so much more than just Gaudí.

The idea behind Animal Architects is to offer young people a program on architecture using millennial language. The series presents a selection of renowned or emerging Catalan architects who have set their own trends, exploring their careers, environments and the places where they live.

As an architect and publicist herself, Núria Moliner is the ideal host, unveiling figures such as Carme Pinós and Anna Puigjaner, the latter the inventor of the "kitchenless homes" concept. A whole world to discover in the company of a passionate and suitable guide, who connects us to Catalan architecture while looking beyond the stereotypes. Innovation, feminism and ecology are themes throughout the series, which immediately connected with our platform's young audience from the very first episode.

Eight architects, eight universes, eight ways of building, and an honest, intelligent and artifice-free way of making television. The best of current and future Catalan architecture: there's much more to explore beyond Gaudí.
