The girls head off to Bora Bora to investigate the strange "blob creatures" that have emerged from the ocean and literally sucked the memory out of the heads of the world's top ten scientists. The girls discover that Dr. Aldous Crowley, a brilliant marine biologist who was shunned by the scientific community, is behind this -- and he wants $1 billion by dawn or he'll make sure the leaders of the 10 most powerful countries suffer the same fate. Can the spies stop him and get Sam's memory back before it's too late? In the b-story, Sam saves Mandy's life (actually she saves her hair from the pottery wheel in art class) and Mandy grows eternally grateful -- in fact, she wants to be Sam's best friend.
