Pirata and Capitano meet at Pulpi Salma's for a juice. Much to their astonishment, they find Pulpi Salma suffering from a strange illness: her body has swollen up and she hiccupping up multi-colored bubbles¿ What in the world is wrong with her? Apparently, Pulpi had a bad reaction to a beauty cream, resulting in "acute bubbleitis"! Luckily, there is a cure, and Pirata and Capitano do all they can to heal Pulpi...
