Dad makes up a legend about a "monster" that once escaped from a museum and appears in the park once a year. Bobby wants to get a photo of the monster, and so that his buddy won't be disappointed, Bill decides to disguise Caro as a monster. But Bill's "monster" doesn't just fool Bobby, and the park almost gets closed...for good!
