Balance (cap.26)

Contingut per majors de 10 anys

At the skateboard Park, Akira introduces Lara and Monica to her new friend Jacquie. Jacquie quickly wows the group with her amazing skateboarding skills. Inspired by this confident female skater Lara asks Jacquie to help her learn a few tricks... and the more Lara gets to know Jacquie, the more she is in awe of her. Meanwhile, the boys are quickly getting fed up with Max who spends most of his time at the skateboard park making fun of Tony. The next day at the park Jacquie confides in Lara by telling her that she is gay. At first, Lara thinks nothing of it, but after dreaming about Jacquie she starts to wonder if these feelings of strong friendship and admiration towards her might mean something more. Akira assures her that whilst it's perfectly natural to be gay, just because she really likes Jacquie it doesn't necessarily mean that she's gay too. Concerned that Jacquie might fancy her Lara decides to tell her she doesn't like her in that way. She is relieved to find that her worries were unfounded and Jacquie just wanted to be her friend all along. Lara is happy that it doesn't
affect their friendship at all, and they quickly hatch a plan together to take Max down a peg or two.
