Jet Lag is a riotous comedy series based on the lives and loves of three hostesses who are close friends and live in Barcelona. Carla is fun-loving and frivolous and attracts men like flies. Silvia is long-suffering and neurotic. Esther is the only one who is married with children.

A strong cast of secondary characters provides a leitmotif as the three heroines struggle to spread their wings while keeping their feet on the ground.
