Three fairies are forced to repaint part of their environment that is losing its colors thanks to the repeated attacks of a furious gnome who turns everything he passes black and white. Twinkle and her friends will lend a hand to three fairies to discover what has caused this usually jovial gnome to change and find a way to stop him.
