Akka's flock has just come through a storm. They have landed for the night in a beautiful nature reserve that has every comfort (shelter, food). This is a great place to rest and they certainly need it, everyone is exhausted. Which is when Gorgo wonders why they must always keep on flying and braving storms or taking risks? His question is taken up by the other geese who would not mind staying here for ever. Akka and Nils do not agree¿ and they are not the only ones. The inhabitants of the reserve, a colony of beavers, are not about to give a warm welcome to these migrating birds who seem to want to settle down.
