During a flight in snowy country, Nils is getting very hungry. Gorgo offers to share some tasty worms. Everyone finds this very appetizing but Nils is almost ill just looking at them. He wants some real food, like he used to eat at home. He spots an isolated farm and suggests that he, Martin and Gorgo go there to get something to eat. Nils knows full well that, with his actual size, he cannot just go and ask the inhabitants for food. So, he makes a plan; Gorgo will distract the farmer's attention while he and Martin discreetly slip into the kitchen. Things do not go exactly as anticipated and Nils has to go and help Gorgo, leaving Martin to find food in the farm alone. Martin now has two problems: 1) he has no idea of what humans eat and 2), the farm's fierce dog has just got loose¿
