We open in England where Jerry is working on a new gadget which he hopes, when fired at a baddie, will be able to reverse their "villain gene" -thus ending crime forever and eliminating the need for WOOHP. But before he can finish, his mother interrupts -- wondering why he's always so busy when he comes to visit her. "After all, Jerry -- you're only a hotel manager." As he joins his mum for tea, Jerry accidentally spills some of his "villain gene" into her Earl Grey. Later, as he heads back to the states wishing he could complete his project so that he can finally retire, Jerry is approached by a company that wants to buy WOOHP out and privatize crime fighting with its army of sophisticated "criminal collection androids." Anxious to retire and impressed by the droids' abilities, Jerry agrees to the deal. When he summons Sam, Clover and Alex to inform them that their spy days are over, the girls are shocked. Though they're relieved that they can go back to being normal teens, they're a bit sad that their WOOHP days are about to be officially behind them. After a giant heartfelt goodbye, and promises to keep in touch with Jerry, the girls head back to their regular lives. But when they get there, things are hardly regular. When Mandy has a near death experience (actually, she breaks a fingernail) and her life flashes before her eyes, she decides that she's going to give up her evil ways and become a nice person -and she's going to start by being nice to Sam, Clover and Alex! And as if things weren't weird enough, the girls begin to realize that, ever since the collection droids showed up in So Cal, instead of a drop in crime, it seems that there's more baddies than ever! And when they contact Jerry to tell him what's going on, he gets abducted right as they're talking to him. Realizing that there's probably a connection, the girls head out to find their missing boss!
