When people in the Toronto area are suddenly reported missing, Jerry puts the girls on the case. Their investigation leads them to a strange new traveling circus a circus filled with all kinds of extraordinary things. (And by extraordinary things, we mean kidnapped people turned into bizarre mutants via a weird, house of mirrors machine.) The girls discover that, behind the carnival-like fun, is an evil Ringmaster bent on revenge against the carnie-world that dumped him and his fellow freaks in favor of the new, "Cirque Du So Lame" shows of today. His goal is to eventually turn the whole world into circus freaks allowing him to relive his glory days. In a b-story, Clover signs the girls up to star in a new reality show and the camera crews arrive in full force. Not a great idea considering they're supposed to be spies!
