Bobby begs his parents to let Bill sleep in his room. They agree... but only if Bill stays in his basket. The one night that Bill does sleep in Bobby's bed, the spaniel sleeps like a baby, but poor Bobby doesn't catch a wink! The next day Bobby is absolutely exhausted... but does his best to hide it from his parents; he doesn't want to prove them right! Bill feels so guilty that he spends the day doing Bobby's chores for him... and Bobby can't help but take advantage of the situation.
